3. Seller Review:

The seller will review your request within 3 business days. If approved, they will initiate a refund or offer an exchange.

 

 

4. Ostagoo Mediation (if needed):

If no response is received from the seller or a dispute arises, Ostagoo support will step in to mediate.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Items
