1. Order Cancellation by Buyer
Buyers can cancel their orders before the order is processed or shipped by the seller.
To cancel an order:
1. Login to your Ostagoo account
2. Go to Orders > Cancel Order
3. Select the order and click Request Cancellation
Once a seller processes or ships the order, cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. Order Cancellation by Seller
Sellers may cancel an order under certain conditions, such as:
The item is out of stock
Pricing or listing errors
Delivery is not possible due to service limitations
If a seller cancels an order, the buyer will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.

3. Instant Cancellations (Pending Payment Orders)
If an order was placed but not paid yet, it can be cancelled instantly by either party without any approval process.

4. After Shipping
Once an order has been marked as shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Buyers will need to follow the Return Policy after receiving the product.

5. Refund After Cancellation
If payment was already made, and the order is eligible for cancellation, the buyer will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

Made-to-order or custom products
Digital goods or downloadable items
